Lumiare is
the System of Context
Lumiare holds the verified context behind your projects, contracts and audits, and writes the documents from it.
Every project, contract and audit rests on context that must be verified, accurate and traceable, and most of it lives in meetings, documents and inboxes with no single

USE CASES
Which one are you?
We are delivering a project
Three workshops with three client teams become one requirements register, each item owned and verified, and the statement of work is written from it.
We are preparing a project
Finance, operations and IT agree the requirements before the RFP goes out, and the same record governs the vendor afterwards.
Every control has an owner and a score, the policy and the runbook are checked against each other, and the report is written from what was verified.
Systems of record hold the what, who and when. Lumiare holds the why.
What makes Lumiare different
Every new piece of information is tested against everything you already know
A policy says recovery takes four hours. The runbook uploaded a week later says twenty-four. Lumiare raises the contradiction the moment the runbook is processed, shows both statements with their sources, and hands it to the people who own the item. They decide which holds. The decision is recorded against the version, and the project moves on with one answer.

Verification decides what the AI is allowed to write from
Memos are written from approved content by default: verified items and active knowledge base material. Before a document is generated, each section is linked to the context it will draw on, and a check reports any section with no evidence behind it. A person can choose to include unverified material or continue with gaps. That choice is recorded. What Lumiare writes is grounded in what the team has confirmed.
Define the structure once, measure it on every project
A template says what a project of this kind must know: dozens of items, each with a description of what good looks like. An item called "Backup and Disaster Recovery Plans" is scored against its own description, and the guidance under the score lists what is missing, for example recovery targets, backup frequency and the date of the last test. Every upload reports how many items it filled. Every person sees their own queue. A portfolio reads as one column of bars.

For drafting a document or answering a question from material you paste in, you can, and often should. What those tools do not hold is a persistent, structured record of a project with an owner on every item, a verification state, a contradiction check between sources, and a history of who changed what. The answer they give depends on what one person pasted in that day. Lumiare keeps the verified record and uses AI inside it. If you do not need the record, you do not need Lumiare.
Every project, contract and audit runs on context: what was agreed, why, and by whom.
When the why is verified and easy to find, teams stay aligned and the documents they produce hold up.
WHAT NO ONE ELSE DOES
Project charter · Scope description · Statement of work · Proposal · Requirements specification · RFI, RFQ and RFP · Audit report · Project summary
Each document starts from your own template or from the structure of a document you already use, with every section linked to verified project context, then opens for the team to edit together and export. Lumiare also builds the registers behind them: requirements, vendor comparison, asset and control registers, as sheets with an owner on every row. Beside the documents, Lumiare builds the registers: requirements, vendor comparison, asset and control registers as verified sheets.
