Teams that have to defend what was agreed
Four kinds of organization, one pattern: a team delivers or defends work whose context has to be verified, and today that context has no single system.
PARTNERS
Implementation partners and system integrators
Every client is a separate company in Lumiare, so nothing mixes. The templates in the product for SAP, Salesforce, CRM and systems integration projects are this work. A large program has several workshops a week with different client teams, and the requirements register is the thing the whole engagement is later measured against.
Lumiare turns workshops with many client stakeholders into one aligned, verified requirements register, with the record to show what was agreed, by whom and when.
Buyer
Head of Delivery, or Practice Lead in larger firms. Accountable for project profitability across many clients and for keeping scope aligned with each client.
Champion
Engagement Manager or Lead Solution Architect on a large program. Lives in workshops and owns the requirements register.
Users
Business analysts, functional consultants, project managers, architects; client stakeholders as co-authors on customer projects.
When scope is disputed in month four, the engagement manager opens the record: version history on the item shows who changed it, when and from which source; related objects link to the memo and the meeting it came from; the activity feed shows who verified it.
PMO
Enterprises with a strong PMO function
The deliverable must be defensible, and the client's stakeholders need to take part and sign off inside the work. The firm's method has to be applied on every engagement without rebuilding it, and before a steering committee the engagement lead needs to know what the project still does not know.
Lumiare lets your client co-author the findings and traces every section of the deliverable to its source, so the work is transparent and defensible from the first day.
Buyer
Head of PMO, Head of Transformation or Head of IT Portfolio. Owns portfolio delivery and vendor outcomes.
Champion
PMO Lead or Project Manager owning the next major procurement.
Users
PMO project managers, business analysts, business stakeholders who own requirements, procurement.
Vendor responses come back into the project and are compared in one sheet against the verified requirements, one row per requirement and one column per vendor, with empty cells where a vendor did not answer. Once the vendor is chosen, the charter and scope are written from the same items, and the vendor's team joins the project with the history intact.
Consultancies
Consultancies running multi-stakeholder discovery
The deliverable must be defensible, and the client's stakeholders need to take part and sign off inside the work. The firm's method has to be applied on every engagement without rebuilding it, and before a steering committee the engagement lead needs to know what the project still does not know.
Lumiare lets your client co-author the findings and traces every section of the deliverable to its source, so the work is transparent and defensible from the first day.
Buyer
Partner or Managing Director who owns the practice. Buys deliverable quality and senior time spent on analysis.
Champion
Senior Manager or Engagement Lead running a large discovery
Users
Consultants and analysts producing the deliverable; client-side stakeholders with reviewer access.
Client stakeholders are added to the project with editor or read-only access. They own items, review, comment and verify during the engagement. The client's stakeholders become co-authors of the findings rather than recipients of a document. Every section of the deliverable is linked to what the client actually said, and the check before generation refuses to write silently from an unlinked section.
Compliance and audit
Compliance and audit functions
A recurring audit calendar, evidence from many control owners, and a regulator or external auditor whose question is where each piece came from. Internal audits of IT assets and processes run on the same pattern each quarter.
Lumiare gives every control an owner, a completeness score and a contradiction check, so the team walks into the audit knowing the evidence is complete and consistent.
Buyer
Head of Compliance or Internal Audit. Owns the audit calendar; buys traceability.
Champion
Audit Manager running the next cycle. Coordinates evidence from many control owners.
Users
Internal auditors, control owners across IT and business, IT asset and process owners.
Two documents that should agree do not: the policy states one recovery target and the runbook another. The contradiction is raised when the second document is processed, the control owner and reviewer resolve it, and the resolution is on record before the external auditor asks.
